When the bride and groom are getting ready it is one of my favourite part from the wedding to photograph. It allows me to tell a story from the very begging of the day which perfectly matches my journalistic style.
For me as a photographer, it is important to always tell the story by candid and natural photographs finished with my artistic touch. All those moments when the family spend their time together are very unique and impossible to recreate to look the same way. The key is to capture it as it is and as it really happens, having a very natural feeling. So you can actually feel like at home and forget there even is a photographer there. Another fun part of the whole day is when I can steal you for a few minutes and take a few shots of you as newlyweds, using some nearby locations as a beautiful background. Gives you some time to breathe a little as well and focus again on each other.
I love to shoot at the venues with amazingly looking interiors and stunning landscape area. Ballogie House is certainly one of those venues and it helps to create that special romantic atmosphere.
