Story Behind The Image

Scottish Winter doesn’t often look like on the day I decided to camp at Buachaille Etive Beag. No clouds, no wind, warmer than in many summer days and the sky so saturated with a dark blue tint that already looked like through the polarising filter. Once I pitched my tent, I climbed up to reach the summit Stob Coire Raineach which gave me a wide view including neighbouring Munro (Stob Dubh) and much further Loch Etive and Ben Starav.
I still had plenty of time before the sunset which allowed me to set my camera without any rush, wait for the sunset and enjoy that beautiful view. To include as much as possible from the surrounding area, I decided to go for a panorama shot. Right before the sunset, colour of the sky has changed and became so vibrant that almost looked unnatural. So beautiful that I could barely focus on taking photographs.

All my photos are produced as Fine Art Prints using the best archival materials. Checked for quality and approved by me individually. High-quality lenses and neutral density filters used when taking pictures can ensure the best resolution and sharpness to the prints.
Fine Art Fibre Baryte Gloss is the Second generation high-quality real Baryte paper that has a unique look with a bright white gloss finish. Perfect for professional and exhibition prints. The baryta (special barium sulphate coating) is in the paper base giving excellent colour rendition. The technical benefits of Baryta layer include greater detail and definition, extended tonal range and excellent archival properties with museum quality – no discolouration and degradation under normal conservation conditions.

All my Fine Art Prints are signed by me and numbered (if limited) inside the bottom margin area. I use an acid-free pen for that. On the back of the print, I handwrite the date and the place where the photo was taken. If you prefer to have my signature and the edition number on the back of the print, please leave a note while ordering.
Additionally, all limited edition prints will be delivered with a certificate of authenticity, embossed with my personalised stamp. Normally I do not emboss prints itself but if you prefer to have it, please be sure to mention about it while ordering as well.

The photographer reserves the right to reproduce this image for any promotional purposes and to use it in calendars, books, greetings cards, etc. However, these reproductions have different finish and are not considered originals. In fact, these can only increase the value of your original.

All prints are delivered ready to frame which allows you to decide the framing option that suits its intended destination in your own time and ensures the print arrives in perfect condition.
All prints will be shipped 1st class delivery with a tracking number. 32″ x 12″ prints due to their size are rolled. Sending in a durable, heavyweight tube makes it the safest way for delivery. Refunds are only offered if the print is damaged on arrival and reported no later than 14 days after delivery.
