– Nell and Adam’s Newhall Estate Wedding –
WOW, where should I start. I met up with Nell and Adam at Newhall Estate Wedding Venue the day before their wedding for a nice chat and get the last update on what’s going to happen on the day. And I have to admit, there was a lot going on. That actually made me even more excited about the whole day and I couldn’t wait for it to come.
The ceremony took place in the Wall Garden right next to the Estate. The weather was so great that we didn’t really have to worry about having plan B in case it’s raining. Everyone could relax and fully enjoy the sunshine. While all the guest were waiting for the bride to walk down the aisle they had no clue what was about to happen first, not even the matter of the bride knew about that. There was a big surprise waiting for everyone on the other side of the garden’s wall. It was Glencorse Pipe Band that was ready to play the first notes and to welcome all guest. It was worth keeping that secret till the last seconds cause everyone loved that.
Another great thing is that it wasn’t the only musical element on that day. A couple of Nell and Adam’s friends played and sign for them some songs during the ceremony. There was also a string quartet that filled the reception up with their music. Brilliant! There’s never too much music to me and I’m always keen to photograph other musician which you might’ve noticed from here.
There’s only one more thing that I’d like to point out before you jump straight in to the gallery below. When I had a chat with Nell and Adam before their wedding they mentioned that Inception is their favourite movie so their idea was to incorporate that fact at some point during the ceremony. I’m sure you’ll figure out what that was 🙂
