Iona and Oliver’s Cairngorms Micro Wedding happened to be on one of the hottest days we’ve had in Scotland this Summer. Not a cloud in the sky! Considering the fact how many months we all had to stay at our homes during the lockdown, I’m pretty sure no one was complaining about having that extra dose of vitamin D that day 🙂
Getting ready part took place at The Fife Arms Hotel, situated in the picturesque village of Braemar in the heart of Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms National Park. For the ceremony, we headed to Braemar Highland Games Centre. This time there were no games or any competition on the field. Everyone’s attention was focused on the lovely couple and, once in a while, on their cute dog – who certainly didn’t want to be forgotten on such a special day.
The whole setting for the ceremony with the view over the hills was spot-on. It was just fun taking pictures for you guys.
